Michal Wojtkiewicz is a London based architect with a strong focus on design harnessing local environments. He is currently working as an Associate within the Design Cluster at Zaha Hadid Architects where he is leading early stage design proposals with emphasis on sustainable strategies, cradle to cradle principles & circular economy.

Since joining Zaha Hadid Architects in 2009 Michal has been involved in and led a number of high-profile projects. His ZHA portfolio includes residential villas, office & research facilities, cultural buildings, masterplans & infrastructure projects in Europe, The Middle East, USA, Australia and Asia.

He has been working as a Project Architect for Lushan Primary School, China and as a Facades and Canopies Lead during the construction of KAPSARC, a research facility completed in 2016 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Michal received his Master of Architecture & Urbanism from the Technical University of Lodz (2009), having also studied at the Tampere University of Technology in Finland. He has been an invited critic at the UCL Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL where he has also taught software and technical modules.
